I lift most every day, alternating.
Mondays i lift chest, Tuesdays i lift legs and abs, Wednsdays i lift back and biceps, Thursdays i lift shoulders and neck, Fridays are chest again, and on Saturday and Sunday i run sprints. Any ideas for new routines?
I am going to enter my first bodybuilding show and need a diet to work with me through the process. Any ideas on where I can go.
