(Yahoo News) – Lil Wayne will be sent to prison on February 9, 2010, according to reports. The sentencing date for the rapper has now been confirmed, as confusion continues to surround the release of his long-awaited new album. He pleaded guilty to gun charges in October, which followed his 2007 arrest in New York City. MTV – Gucci Mane was sentenced to 12 months in jail on Thursday (November 12) for probation violation and taken away in handcuffs, according to his lawyer.
