Its flexible and easy-to-use features let you see and analyze your traffic data and marketing effectiveness. Sounds good, right ? But here comes the question ” How to install it ? “.

This article is a short guide that will help you to insert the Google Analytics code in your Wordpress blog in a few steps.

1. The first thing you have to do get the Google Analytics code. To do this just visit the following site: http://www.google.com/analytics and create a Google account  (if you don’t have one) .

2. Now sign in. If this is your first visit to Google Analytics then most likely you will be prompted to enter the information for the website you want to track.

3. Enter your names, phone number and choose your country.

4. Finally you have to agree with the Google’s terms of service.

5. The nex thing you will see is the Tracking code. Now just copy that code.

6. Log in to your Wordpress Dashboard (admin panel) and go to Appearance > Editor .

7. From the sidebar open the file  footer.php

8. Paste your Google Analytics code into your footer.php file just above the ending body tag and click Update.

Now go back to the Google Analytics site and click Continue. That will take you to your acount overview. Dont worry if you can see any statistics for your website. Google Analytics generally updates your reports every 24 hours. This means that it could take 24 hours for data to appear in your account after you have first installed the tracking code.

If the Tracking Status shows a warning icon, “Tracking status unknown,” then probably the system hasn’t yet detected the code. But if everything is OK you would see something like on the picture below:

Sky TV appears on Xbox 360

sky-xboxMicrosoft has announced that the expected addition of  Sky TV television program to the Xbox 360 will start on October 27 in the UK and Ireland. This new option will let Xbox 360 customers subscribe to Sky’s online TV service and watch programmes through their games consoles.

The service will be similar to Sky Player, which currently offers live TV and a selection of pay-per-view content over the Internet. That would mean you’d get access to blockbuster movies, Premier League football, watch documentaries and the very best of music, the arts and entertainment shows. The Xbox Live Sky Player will also offer interactive options such as match stats, fixture lists, news updates and so on.

For a new customer joining Sky through their Xbox, Sky Player offer a pay per view type service, where the user can subscribe to a monthly rolling contract or just pay for programmes they want to watch. WLAN card replacement in Lenovo 3000 N200

In this post I will try to show you how to replace the WLAN card in Lenovo 3000 N200 in case of failure. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes, but there are several rules to be followed.

CAUTION: Before you begin any of the following procedures, turn off the laptop , unplug the power adapter and remove the battery. Note that computer parts are very sensitive to static electricity so ground yourself before touching anything inside you computer by using grounding strap or touch a metal faucet  pipe.

As you probably know from the laptop specifications, it comes equipped with an Intel WM3945 ABG Mini PCI-E wireless card. However you can use any other card using the Mini PCI-Express interface. To access the wireless card you  should remove the lid covering the hard drive. Here you can see how to do that.

1. Disconnect the wireless antenna cables.

2. Remove the two screws securing the card to the chasis.
