In order to strengthen the communication and cooperation of the valve industry between china and Russia, NPAA delegation (Scientific & Industrial Valve Manufacturers Association) including 11 people visited China Valve Industry Association as well as some of our Valve manufacturing member companies from March 23 to 30, 2008.

Under the lead of the president of China General Machinery Industry Association (CGMA), SuiYongBin , the 30 delegates from China Valve manufacturing industry went to Japan valve manufacturing Industry to conduct a 10-day investigation about the valve technology. With the hospitality and the elaborate arrangement of Japan valve Association, we visited six main Japanese valve manufacturing enterprises such as KVK, OKM, OKANO etc.

The Eighth China Top 500 Enterprises in 2008, China Top 500 Large Enterprises Competitiveness Press Conference was held in Great Hall of the People. With outstanding performance in annual output value (over 10 billions), People Electric Appliance Group ranked the 45th in the Top 500 Large Enterprises competitiveness and entered China Top 500 Large Enterprises.

The CIPEE 2008 (China International Petroleum Equipment & Technology Exhibition) has been 80% booked out for 4 months prior to the event. 300 exhibitors from 8 countries are expected to display the latest products and technologies in this international event. 8,000 domestic decision makers will be invited to CIPEE2008 and 4,000 overseas trade visitors are expected.

China Valve Industry Association was founded formally in June of 1988, which is one of the nine branches in China General Mechanical Industry Association as well as named as only nationwide specialty association in valve industry. The members of the valve industry branch are the enterprises including valve manufacturing corporation, scientific research academy, junior college academy and the social institutions which are engaged in developing, designing and manufacturing valves.
