While talking about the ‘One Piece’ TV show, I always appreciate the characteristics of Monkey D. Luffy, the main protagonist on the show. He has been my favorite character on ‘One Piece’ since the premiere of the show and I think the phenomenon is same with everyone who loves ‘One Piece’ episodes. It’s been very long since we watched the last episode of the show. And, I really don’t know what to use ‘last’ or ‘latest’ as there’re some signs of fourth season a few months ago but as of now, it seems that the show has no definite future. It’s a very long gap and no one knows when it’d be bridged over!

Well, Monkey D. Luffy is a pirate with body made of rubber. One day he ate the devil’s fruit and got the accursed ability. Throughout the series, he tries to fulfill his dream to obtain ‘One King’, the deceased Pirate King’s legendary treasure and to become the king of pirates. His intention behind the aim to become the king of pirates is to get the freedom and in order to fulfill that he creates a crew of around 10 members. He has very high ambitions and has a long way to reach his destination but he’s a carefree guy as well. We sometimes watch him acting like an air headed guy.

Although he sometime appears a bit funky but has very intelligent mind set. He always observes the situation more smartly than anyone else on the crew and his understanding of affairs is brilliant, beyond any doubt. The guy has his abilities which help him to achieve his destinations and the best part of his personality is the will to take the risk first so that the rest of the crew can survive easily. Well, I can say honestly that Monkey D. Luffy impressed me a lot and expecting ‘One Piece’ without him can never be possible.

Nowadays, we all are missing ‘One Piece’ amusement and if anyone of you has any information about the fourth season of ‘One Piece’, let it reach to me.

‘One Piece’ the series is not anything new that I will have to introduce it. The series has been there for long and that is the reason that it has completed almost ten seasons. The series has been my personal favorite ever since. Well, frankly I was never into animation series but after watching this series, my whole mind set regarding the animation series has changed. I have simply loved the series from the first time I saw it. Besides, all this there are very specific reasons why I am fond of this Manga series. The series is just perfect from all aspects; each and every minute detail has been paid a lot of attention. Never in the series will you feel that they have missed out on anything.

The first thing that comes to mind, regarding this, is the story of the series. In the very beginning only all the characters are introduced to us, the theme of the series is made clear to us. The next is that, all the factors that are important in any drama like action, comedy, adventures and the politics, are all so well mixed and placed in the series that not even once you feel that this was not required in the scene. All the action sequences have been paid special attention by the technicians, where they have not missed any detail, just like the movie ‘Kung Fu Panda’. This might just sound a little funny but I just love the music of the series. Apart from all that, as we all know that it is kids who watch the maximum of cartoons on television; the series definitely has some very good messages for the kids through out the series. Its message of how friendship should be and that people should always believe in themselves and their dreams, for sure leaves a good impact on the kids around.

Wondering, what kind of headline is this? Don’t worry; you will understand everything, once you read this whole write up. Well, I don’t have to tell you how popular ‘One Piece’, the animated series, is in U.S. But, I was quite surprised when I came to know that the series is equally popular in Italy, too. Don’t believe me, here is the thing that will make you believe, like it did to me.

You should not surprise yourself, if you see the Italian Volleyball team dressed up in Eiichiro Oda’s famous animated series ‘One Piece’. Yes, this season, the Pallavolo Modena team of the Italian Volleyball League is dressing two of its players in official jerseys decorated with Monkey D. Luffy, the young pirate captain who is the main character in the very popular series ‘One Piece’. The players Pietro Rinaldi, no.6 and Edoardo Ciabattini, no. 2, will play libero. The libero’s are generally taken as defensive players who can play freely and replace any of the back-row players during a game. Well, it is not that out of fun sake that they wear these decorated uniforms. This is one of the rules of the game. The libero players are required to wear different jerseys from the other players to set them apart, as a part of the rules and regulations of the game.

It is not for the first time they are doing this. In the previous seasons too, the libero players have done something similar to this. In the previous seasons, Modena’s libero players have worn Spider-Man and Iron Man jerseys. And this time it is ‘One Piece’s’ turn.

Now, doesn’t it make you believe that the series is quite popular in Italy? Otherwise, why would any nation’s Volleyball team wear dresses with the show’s stars on it? Anyways this is definitely good news that the series is so popular even outside U.S.

One Piece is not just an animation series; it’s much more than that. What’s much more… hey buddies! I am talking about the movie versions released by series. 9 movies have been released by the series and the 10^th is under production. So, these are the movies which have been released but no news is here on upcoming movie. Even I don’t know what the title would be but I’d definitely let you know whenever I will have. Watching these movies may be a fantastic way to pass your spare time when One Piece is on hiatus.

Lots of animation series are on air nowadays and it’s really enjoyable to watch animated characters navigating through different aspects of life. Just two days ago, I was not used to watch anime shows and my thinking was that they are just meant for kids. Hey! But I was wrong, 100% wrong!

Yesterday, I watched all episodes of ‘One Piece’ and it took my whole day to come to the season 3 finale. Believe me, it was hard to skip even a single scene and I even missed my hang out with my friends, just to see what happens next on ‘One Piece’. Why whole series in a single day? Actually, on Sunday morning, while chatting with my online friend David from California, I asked him about his favorite TV series and he answered ‘I love all animation shows but the best one is ‘One Piece’. Then, he narrated me the story line when I asked him why he likes ‘One Piece’?

And the plot-line was fantastic. I quickly said him bye and signed out. Here, I downloaded all the episodes from series and start watching from the series opener entitled ‘I’m gonna be king of the Pirates’. No popcorns… no chips… no cold drinks and my eyes were eager to see more and more. Even mom came and she asked me to go out? But who cares when Monkey, Nami, Usopp and all are with you!

So, finally it was 5:35 pm when it came to an end I went out of my room. Really, what a brilliant plotline and what a superb representation…. Rare animations shows are here with such kinda stuff! Well, now I am on a quest for season 4 episodes…. Don’t know when it does gonna happen?

Well, after airing three very brilliant and enjoyable seasons, no news about the One Piece Season 4. Season 3 comes to an end on March 15, 2008 and the season finale was entitled ‘Enter King Eneru! Farewell to Survivors’. Season ends with Eneru who takes away the limitations of the Knights. Meanwhile Usopp finds a very cryptic person fixing the ship. When the next day starts, Merry is get back in her real form. Finally, the crew is planning their next course of action after getting her off the altar.

So, this was an end to the season and it may also be an end of the series as no updates are here for another season. Don’t know whether they’ve any plans to get it back or it’ll be thrown in the box of cancelled shows!!!

Let’s imagine another season form the series… what will happen next?? Lots of things can happen and there may have much more fun and enjoyment with the upcoming (however, not sure) episodes. The thing which irritates me and also to other fans of this show is that why it on hiatus??? Just look for updates for the show, answer will be definitely, to be announced….. why to be announced??? Declare what you want to do with the show…. What’s there in your mind… we can’t wait….. every freak wants another season and, more episodes…. Why no one is listening to me????

You know what buddies when I started writing this post…. I was having another idea. I was in mood to write about my fave character on the show, but in the mean time, my little cousin came to me and asked ‘sis, what has happened on season 2 finale of One Piece”… I asked him not to disturb me… but oh… kids… you can’t change their mind. His next question was ‘sis, when season 2 finale was aired’??? Ah… I felt helpless… so putting my laptop aside…I gave him all the answers he was looking for and this conversation gave me a new topic to write about!!

Okay, let’s have a look at seasons from series. Season 1 commences on 9-18-2004 with the episode entitled ‘I’m gonna Be King of the Pirates’. Season introduces us with the various characters on show and closes up the things on 8-27-2005 with the season finale ‘Saving Nami’. Season 2 starts where season 1 ends and continues the story line. Various things do happen, and season packs up the things on 9-22-2007 with the season finale ‘The Great Escape II’. Then comes the season three and various major changes were seen on the season. Quest to become the King of the Pirates continues and Monkey and his crew are trying their best to obtain their goals. Series ends with after getting Mary out off the altar; the crew is set to make some plans about their future.
