Sunday at Devil Dirt The unlikely pair Isobel Campbell (of Belle and Sebastian fame) and Mark Lanegan (ex-member of The Screaming Trees) are dropping their second album, "Sunday at Devil Dirt" on November 18 in the U.S.
"Sunday at Devil Dirt" is their follow-up duet album to 2006's "Ballad of Broken Seas." The debut release received much critical acclaim as well as a nomination for the Mercury Music Prize.
The unique duo met after Campbell was in search for a deep voice to accompany her on some tracks. Her boyfriend at the time suggest Lanegan... the rest is history.
The duet may seem entirely random, but The Independent says it best noting Campbell "is as bright as Lanegan is dark. Which is why they made such a perfect couple on their first collaboration."
Although the two have different images, Campbell assures they are very similar souls. To preview the album visit Isobel Campbell's MySpace.

Blur Reunion is now a Possibility After recent denials Damon Albarn told BBC Radio 1 on Wednesday, "It'sw very possible I'll go back to Blur. It really is very possible."
Albarn recently met with former Blur guitarist, Graham Coxon, for a friendly lunch. Coxon left Blur in 2002 due to personal and musical conflicts. Blur went on to release their seventh studio album, "Think Tank" in 2003 and then disbanded. Although the band never officially broke up, each member has moved on to various solo projects.
"The truth be known, Graham and I have been hanging out together a bit," Albarn said. "He's great, it's fantastic to get my old friend back. So it's good but I can't really say more than that."
Albarn is currently in the midst of the new Gorillaz album.
Hot Leg Justin Hawkins, best known as the lead vocalist of The Darkness, is back.
With Hawkin's falsetto and the band's unique presence The Darkness took the United Kingdom- and world- by storm. In 2006 Hawkins disbanded from brother Dan and bassist Richie Edwards to enter rehab for drug and alcohol addiction.
After a month stint in rehab he is clean for almost two years and continues to make music. In 2007 he released a couple solo songs on his MySpace. It's his current venture however that is gaining attention.
Hawkins alongside Pete Rinaldi, Samuel SJ Stokes and Darby Todd formed Hot Leg. The band has released two songs via their MySpace and official Web site. "Trojan Guitar" is the first single and is described as "medieval epic."
The Hot Leg debut album was recorded in London in early 2008, the album is expected to drop in January 2009. The band is touring with Alter Bridge and Extreme throughout November in the U.K.
Hawkins has hinted the band may enter the race for the number one Christmas single with "I've Met Jesus."
Libertines' Poster Exhibition Opens Soon Gary Loveridge has been collecting music posters for over 30 years. "I was fortunate being a regular at Filthy Macnasty's when Pete [Doherty] was the barmen and The Libertines took off," he said on Filthy McNasty's official MySpace. "When the Libertines ended I started collecting Babyshambles posters and still do to this day."
Loveridge is sharing his collection with the world starting November 13 at Filthy McNasty's. The rare collection showcases posters from both The Libertines and Doherty's latest band, Babyshambles.
The exhibition is at McNasty's because The Libertines played many intimate shows there in the band's early days. At the time of their origin, Doherty was a bartender at the pub.
The show opens on November 13 at 6 p.m. with live Libertines covers by Alex Gold of The Wutars. For more information visit Filthy McNasty's official MySpace.
