Correcting eye problems with LASIK
The eye is a complex and delicate organ. It has many functional parts that all work together to make sight possible. Most patients enjoy 20/20 vision or better after treatment.
However, myopia, astigmatism, cataracts, hyperopia are just some of the problems that prevents one person to have 20/20 vision.
You have several options to have a clear vision. It's either you wear glasses, contact lenses or eye surgery.
But based on my experience, wearing glasses and contact lenses make your eyes dry and irritable. Good thing we have advanced technolgy, like LASIK, that can cure these eye problems.
LASIK (laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis) is a type of refractive laser eye surgery performed by ophthalmologists for correcting myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism. Many patients choose LASIK as an alternative to wearing corrective eyeglasses or contact lenses.
LASIK combines 3D mapping and customized treatment for the 1st all-laser technology. The US Military & NASA have approved this combination on personnel including pilots and astronauts. It’s the pinnacle of LASIK technology. The estimated time will take 2 hours exam include 3-D mapping, customized wave-front measurements of the eye and an examination of the corneas.

BANANA SPLIT SMOOTHIE
I was awake for more than 24 hours. In times like this, I would love to have my favorite smoothie.. I love Banana Split smoothie.
You need the following ingredients:
1 cup nonfat milk
1 1/2 cups frozen banana slices
1/2 cups pineapple chunks
5 frozen strawberries
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons sweetened cocoa powder (to taste)
Preparation:
Pour milk into the blender first. Add cocoa and then fruit. Put cover on and blend until smooth.
So easy to prepare, right? Can't wait for my banana split smoothie.
WarGames back in theaters after 25 years
I when I was still young, I watched this movie WarGames in betamax. (There were no VCDs or DVDs that time).
And after 25 years, WarGames is back in selected theaters nationwide on Thursday, July 24th.
WarGames is a 1983 suspense film written by Lawrence Lasker and Walter F. Parkes and directed by John Badham. The film starred Matthew Broderick in his second major film role, and featured Ally Sheedy, Dabney Coleman, John Wood, and Barry Corbin. The movie was a box office success, costing US$12 million but grossing over $74 million after five months in the United States. With a cost of $1 million, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) set was the most expensive single movie set ever built up to that time.
This is a one-night-only event, and will include never-before-seen interviews with film’s creators and the cast (including Broderick and Ally Sheedy) and crew on how the movie was ahead of its time and its relevance today. I never thought it's been 2 years since I first watched this television film. I've been a fan of High School Musical because of my niece, Frances.. She keeps on playing her DVD over and over again until I got to memorize most of their song...
And on 2007, High School Musical 2 (also known as High School Musical 2: Sing It All Or Nothing!) came as a sequel. Of course, I watched it over and over again..
But coming this October 2008, High School Musical will be on the big screen with its High School Musical 3: Senior Year.

Ruby, the owner of www.pinaymommyonline.com was accused as a fake user by ReviewMe. Apparently, her blog was used by "another blogger". According to ReveiwMe, the "another blogger" is the legitimate owner of this blog as their records shown, and that pinay.mommy (which is Mommy Ruby) is a fake user since 2007.
I heard about stolen blog post or contents, but stolen blog?? This is not good.
As Mommy Ruby said, "Your blogs can now be virtually stolen. You never know that somebody might be using your blogs and you to benefit from other get paid to blog companies." So guys, better watch out...
