Soon I'm going to buy the much desired epic griffin! My WOW business is doing extremely well, and I managed to get from about 800 gold to 5000 in about three months without leaving the capital cities. My income came from three sources:

Transmutations - this is the main source of the income. I'm doing one daily transmutation of Primal Might. I get the mats from the AH for about 90 gold, and I usually sell the Primal Might for 140 gold. This gives me about 40 gold per transmutation after AH fees. The cool thing is that sometimes I get two Primal Mights because of my master transmuter skill. In such event, I get 180 gold in one day!

The second source of income is the AH trading. I'm specialized in trading Arcane Tomes. I buy them for no more than 12 gold and sell them for 17 gold. This way I get 5 gold per Tome, and sometimes even more. Sometimes i have a pretty large stock of Arcane Tomes, but when they sell I get nice amounts of gold.

The last source of gold is the daily battleground. I'm trying to do the daily BG every day. This will give me an additional 11 gold per day.

This is how I managed to earn the desired gold without farming or buying gold. After I'll get to 6000 gold I'll buy the epic griffin, and I'll upload some screenshots with it.

I'll be off for a few days because it's May 1st tomorrow and I'm going out of town. I'm anxious to go and have a little fun! I'll be back on 4th, and I hope this little trip will be very relaxing. Cya :D

Today I got a very lucky transmutation at WOW. I'm doing one transmutation daily (because of the cooldown), and sell it on the AH. Basically I'm buying one piece of Primal Water, Earth, Air, Mana and Fire, and transmute them into one Primal Might. While the mats cost me around 100 gold, I'm usually selling the Primal Might with 140 gold, which gets me a nice profit of about 35 gold per day after deducting the auction house fees.

I'm a transmutation master, so I have a small chance to get more Primal Mights when I make a transmutation. This chance is very small, but today I was lucky and got two pieces of Primal Might. Yummy! That's 135 gold more profit! This transmutation business can be very good if you have some luck :)

In fact, anything went smooth in World of Warcraft today for me. The daily pvp quest was won from the first try, although Arathi Basin is usually won by the horde on my server.

Yesterday was a big event at Voyage Century. I participated at the defense of Cape Town. When I was preparing to set sail towards Seville I noticed a big group of people in the docks. I asked them what's going on and they said the city is going to be attacked. I joined the defense, lead by the guild named Wasabi, the ruler of Cape Town.

In the offshore of the city were lots of ships waiting for the enemy. After 10-20 minutes, the first enemy ships arrived. I tried to fight, but I was sunk from one blow by the attacking guild leader. However, the other defenders were strong and fought bravely to defend the city. I joined the Barbette for the land fight, and looked for the enemy. A group of people found the enemy guild leader and overpowered her.

The battle continued for a while, although I missed the main fights. News from the front were coming that the enemies are prepared to attack from their mothership, but eventually they were defeated. Here is a gallery of screenshots I took from the first city siege I've witnessed.

I'm really pissed off... I had an awful day at PKR. I sat down at a table with 10$ and lost all my money, because of bad luck. The first starting hands were all trash cards. I got three times in a row 96 off suited.

Again and again, trash cards. About 20 minutes of play, and still didn't got any playable hand.

In order to avoid being labeled as a rock I tried some bluffs with weak cards. This way I managed to secure my stack covering the cost of the blinds. My first showdown was won on a lucky river, but with a small pot.

I had to wait another 10 minutes before I received my first strong hand. An AQ off suited. After some pre flop raises, there were three people on the flop. The flop came 10,J,J. I was on a straight draw. I checked, Seaflow (a girl who looks very similar to me) checked too, and Bigstu60 made a small raise. I called and Seaflow folded. The turn brought me the desired K. I was having the straight (Ace high). The only thing I was afraid of was a possible full house, but this was very unlikely. I checked, to let Bigstu60 bet. He made a bet just as I was expecting, and I went All-In. I stood up, and he called. Guess what he had: AQ. He had a similar hand. The pot was split and I got nothing from that brilliant hand.

I got a little pissed off, and started to play more aggressive. With the first decent hand (KJ) I re-raised from a late position, and got called by Seaflow. I was already angry on her, after other players said about her that she's beautiful. The flop brought an Ace, and nothing good for me. Seaflow checks. The pot was pretty good, and I bluffed with a strong raise. She went all-in. Damn! I folded. I had nothing, and she probably hit the Ace on the flop. I lost about 3$ on that hand.

Only a few hands after this I get a QQ. I was the small blind. Someone from an early position raised and two players called. I made a strong re-raise. Everyone but Luxaeterna folded. He made a re-raise. I assumed he had a very good hand, but I was already in the pot with half of my stack, and I was holding QQ. I went All-In and he called. Guess what he had? He had KK. Nothing came on the table and I lost all my money. This was a terrible hand.

The first thing I had in mind was to make a re-buy, but I was too angry to continue playing. I know the best thing to do when you get angry in poker is to stand up and leave, and so I did. I think it was a wise choice, because I would have probably lost more. I hope next time I'll have better luck.

After getting my second epic mount I decided to work a little on my professions. I have Herbalism / Alchemy, both of them at 375. After a huge investment I finished the quest for becoming a master transmuter. I heard this can be a very profitable skill, and the gold invested will bring me profit. Now I want to get some good recipes for transmuting. I think Transmute Primal Earth to Water is the most profitable. But to learn this I need to get revered with Sporeggar. This is a real pain, but I must do it if I want to be able to make 25 gold per day with my transmute (on my server Primal Earth is about 3g and Primal Water is 30g).

I'm getting reputation by doing a boring quest over and over again, killing some nagas. I think it will take me a few days to get to revered reputation, but the reward will be great. After this, I'm planning to do another boring thing. Fishing! That's right, fishing! You probably think I'm crazy, but I need to get my fishing at about 300 to be able to improve my cooking skill. I have 275 cooking, and all the way from 275 to 300 is made up by fish recipes. Of course no fish can be found on Auction House, so I have to fish it myself if I want to get past 300 cooking. This is going to be very boring, but I'll do it slowly. I want to get my skills to a maximum before the release of Wrath of the Lich King.

Yey! I got my new epic mount! After farming ogres in Nagrand for a couple of days I managed to get Exalted with the Kurenai. This allowed me to purchase the Reins of the White War Talbuk!! Now I got two epic mounts and a normal flying mount. I should start grinding gold for the epic flying mount now :P

One of my hobbies is playing online poker. I'm not a very good player but neither the worse. That's why I prefer playing on low stakes. At least before I will improve my skills. I used to play on some reputable poker rooms like Party Poker, Full Tilt Poker and Carlos Poker. Now I play almost only at PKR, the best 3D poker game on the net.

What I like at PKR is that you can create your character just like in role playing games. You can customize how fat/thin you are, your hairstyle or color, your face, and what is really beautiful is that you can buy clothing with the points accumulated while playing games. There are many kinds of dresses, skirts, pants, tops, boots or hats. You can also buy accessories like jewelery, sunglasses, tattoos or piercings. Is not necessary to play on high stakes to get a nice outfit, but if you want a full wardrobe you have to spend some time playing at low stakes. Another thing I like at PKR is that usually you play against amateurs like me. You won't find good players, at least at low stakes. That's a very good place for beginners. Fun and easy.

The greatest bravery I've done in Voyage Century happened yesterday! I have defeated the first pirate boss! Of course, it's the weakest of all, but it's still a great success. I've killed Barbarossa II in the waters near Crete after a pretty easy fight. The loot was not very spectacular, but I think it was worth the effort.
