I don't know if you guys noticed, but the text should be a lot more legible this time of day. Last night, I went through all 70 + posts and prettied them up a bit. I just couldn't stand having text that was all crammed together. There's obviously still some work to do, but overall, everything should be a little bit easier on your eyes.

This question has filled my inbox the passed 3 months and so I finally decided to make a post about it. You will not go from stick boy to muscle man doing the perfect pushups! Period! You will however, go from stick boy to toned and stronger stick boy. Maybe you're the other way around. You're trying to lose weight. The Perfect Pushups will help you do so!
Look, there is no magic to gaining weight or losing weight. I can talk about these subjects later, but just know, the perfect pushups will help you tone up, be healthier, and improve your push-up numbers.
I have been getting many questions as of late. Many people are just dieing to know what muscles the perfect pushups work out. So, it's my pleasure to give you the answer. If you're looking for a full body workout, you will not get it with the perfect pushup. However, if you're looking to complete a pretty decent upper body workout, you will get it with the perfect pushup.
The perfect pushups seem to work out your outer chest, your triceps, and the inside of your back. Obviously the perfect pushups are mainly a chest exercise, but like all exercises, they do work out other things. I have been asked many time, do the perfect pushups work out the abdominals? No. They don't! Unless you know something that I don't know that is.
I remember when I first went to San Francisco, California. It was about two summers ago. The weather was always beautiful and the views were amazing. I remember going across the Golden Gate Bridge. It was just awesome. The traffic isn't always the greatest, especially when trying to get back to Oakland, but overall, the trip was very fun.
My favorite part about San Francisco has to be Fisherman's Wharf. Fisherman's Warf is full of all different things. You can go there and enjoy a nice Giant's baseball game. After the game you can walk around the Wharf and I can guarantee there will be at least something that will interest you. There are all kinds of shops and all kinds of street performances always going on.
After enjoying a walk through the Wharf, you can go to a nice restaurant. If you like seafood, then the Wharf is a great place to be, although you can enjoy a nice steak or hamburger among other things if you'd like.

I am still being harassed by people asking me how much the perfect pushups cost. They are 40 dollars for the full, unique, body rev, with calendar - day by day workout plan, with two twisty handles set. The price hasn't changed and it likely won't. If you want a cheaper version without the calendar I recommend calling your local walmart or sporting goods store. They generally sell an off brand of the perfect pushups for 20 dollars.

2) Do you only use the Perfect Pushups when you workout? - No. I follow the 10,8,6,6 pyramid workout. - Day 1: I work chest tri's - Day 2: Back Bi's - Day 3: Legs Shoulders
3) Do the Perfect Pushups make you gain weight? - They could burn your body fat and replace that fat with muscle. Thus you could become heavier, but you will look more lean and you will be healthier. 4) Do the Perfect Pushups work your arms? - Yes! Especially your triceps on the inner grip pushup.
5) All I do is perfect pushups! Will I get big? - Probably not. You will become really tone, but to really bulk up you need to do a full workout. Follow the plan I listed above. Ask your school coach or trainer for more information.
6) Are the perfect pushups worth the price? - In a sense they are. If you don't have a home gym and have no gym membership then go ahead and purchase the perfect pushups. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.
7) Did you really increase your pushups by 33% in 21 days? - Yes! In the first 21 days of the program my pushups increased from 30 to 40.
8) I can't even do a pushup. Do you recommend the perfect pushups. - Yes! You will have to do modified (knee) pushups at first though!

idk what to say, i have this problem where when i do regular pushups my elbow "clicks" and it affects my performance. but when i used the perfect pushups the rotation prevents it and made me feel more comfortable. also whats big about it is that it got my triceps to a level of soreness that my regular workout of 7x30 pushups couldnt reach before.
i got a feeling my arms are gonna be rock solid by the time the 3 weeks are up lol

Hey everyone. Thank you so much for all your support through this entire process. I'm disappointed to say that my results are to be unknown for this session as I came down with the flu in the later afternoon of day 17. If you take a look at the map to the right you will see that it is to no surprise I became ill. As you can see the whole United States is currently sick. I am so sorry for the disappointment. All this effort seemed to be for nothing. As I said, hopefully I get better soon and can begin working out once again.
Today was day 15 of my perfect pushup review. It was a lot harder than usual because of the fact that I had to go from 1 regular and 1 elevated to both elevated. So again, the workout was a lot tougher than usual. I had to spread it throughout the day. My chest is completely sore right now.
Camera still isn't working. Big downer, but trying to get it up for the 17th.
Today was day 13 of my perfect pushup review. It was really easy. I finished it all in 15 minutes so I didn't have major breaks in between each sets of 3. Basically I did the 3 sets of elevated and then 2 or 3 minutes later I did the 3 sets of regular. Then 2 or 3 minutes later I did the wide, and then and then the inner. It was all pretty simple. I must be getting stronger. On the downside, I don't have a video today.
My camera started tweaking this morning. I think it has something to do with when I dropped it a few weeks back. We'll see. Hopefully things get better with it.
