If you one of many who are looking to detox fast, or even lose a few pounds fast, than this is the plan for you.
This fast detox plan is really a 3 day fast. What you will be doing is basically drinking nothing but water for 3 days. You need to make sure that you get pure drinking water, not the so-called “spring water”. I would recommend filtered water.
Now I need to warn you. If you are wanting to detox fast, this little 3 day fast WILL detox your body pretty fast, but doing a detox fast like this, especially if you’ve never done a detox before, will cause you to have the following: gas, bad breath, and you will feel like you are swimming through sludge as your body rids itself of all the toxins stored throughout your body.
On the plus side when you detox fast like this, you will find that you’ll lose weight very quickly, two days after you detox fast you’ll feel better than you ever have.
One more problem you may face when you detox fast with this particular diet is that it won’t really help with the cleansing of your colon very much.
So how do I fix this when I want to detox fast?
To fix this just take one of the very inexpensive colon cleansers, which are available at any health food store, that is nothing more than psyillium husk. Take this cleanser three times a day.
When you detox fast and you take this cleanser it will do a couple of things for you. First, your stomach will see it as “food” and that will help you get through the 3 day fast a little easier.
Secondly, the psyillium hush will clean out your colon. With this cleanser you really will shed pounds like there is no tomorrow and when you come off this fast you’ll feel light as a feather and have more energy than you did before you did the fast detox.
So, how to do I put this fast detox into hyper drive?
To do this you will want to put fresh squeezed lemon juice into your water. Lemon is a well known biological cleaner and it contains some nutrients and some natural sugars that will make performing the 3 day fast that much easier.
