Quandary Reflection provide latest news and investigative report about the plights of Bangladesh Minorities. It's a monthly newspaper of HRCBM (Human Rights Congress for Bangladesh Minorities) a human rights and humanitarian organization dedicated to uphold rights of minorities in Bangladesh. The organization is an NGO in Special Consultative Status with ECOSOC of the UN.
