I don’t have a current need to buy medical supplies online. I always assumed that would would have to be a doctor or a nurse to buy that sort of stuff just like buying beauty supplies from a state beauty supply store. I might be wrong though. The best way to find out would be to review a medical supply blog. It would be nice to be able to get medical supplies like ilex creamwhen you needed them. Especially since so many people today including myself don’t have health insurance and aren’t able to get medical care when they need it. I use herbal medicine but not everyone has the ability to walk into the woods and find the medicine they need. Even that has its limits though. Well today has really really sucked.  I’ve had one lousy book sale today and no ads and I haven’t really felt like writing anything.  The laundry sits on the couch unfolded and there is more in the dryer and in the washer.  I am so negative about today I have actually thought of trying to go to work early.  How pathetic is that!!!!   I couldn’t finish wrapping my books last night because I ran out of tape.   My Birthday is Thursday and not only will I be 34 but I have to go work at my part time job at wal-mart.    I will be 34 years old and working at wal-mart part time on my birthday.   Thats enough to make anyone depressed.

That house had 48 south facing windows on the back of it and all of the rooms had high ceilings.We had a great bedroom. It had these small little windows and they required custom mini blinds. I had such big plans for that house that I never got to finish. The reason I am talking about his is because I was reminded of it today. I walked out onto the deck to close the lid of the barbecue grill we used yesterday and I was suddenly reminded of walking on another deck near a barbecue grill and hearing it rattle on a warm summer day. Then suddenly I was back on the deck of the big house walking barefoot near our own barbecue grill. That deck was one of 3 and a patio. That particular one was a split level deck. Man I loved that house! I was a lot thinner back then too.

I just went and picked some ripe strawberries. I’ve been growing them for a few years. There never going to have the put out that my parents strawberries had. I don’t have a good place to plant them like they did. I can remember being a kid and picking strawberries with my parents and my sister. I remember bowls and bowls full of bright red strawberries. For a month or so out of the summer it seemed there was no end to them. Mine don’t produce like my parents did. Maybe if I were able to put gravel over the dirt there planted in. My parents used to put straw underneath them to keep the berries off of the ground. I’m afraid of introducing more weeds if I did that. I am glad to have those back there even if I have trouble growing a good crop because I can’t afford to by berries in the story anymore.

When I go garage saling all I see are houses for sale. It can be hard to tell the difference between the garage sale signs and the home for sale signs and the home for sale signs. we went to one very very nice home that was for sale and an old man commented on there for sale signs. He said “Are you guys really trying to sell your home in this market?? Why?” I’ve heard Real Estate Agents say that it could take as long as a year for a person to sell there home in this market. I’m glad I’m not relying on the sale of a home right now. I think the only way you might be able to rely on a fast home sale is if your selling something really really cheap. I’ve seen a lot of used mobile homes around lately set up on property for sale. I bet those guys at IBuyHouses.com have there hands full buying and selling houses. You know there the ones that say they will even buy ugly houses that are half way through remodeling or something like that.  I can remember reading a blog entry by a woman who had bought a historical home to restore on an adjustable rate mortgage and got half way through remodeling when her interest rate went through the roof because they didn’t get it refinanced in time.  She sold her house to one of those guys.

I had my monthly today and lot all of my. It wasn’t really a good thing because according to that little belt I measure with I’m no thinner than I was before last month.   I haven’t had time to write all weekend long.  I’ve been sooooo busy with the book store.  Then I slept much later than I should have today and someone won the lottery the other night and it wasn’t me.  I hate it when that happens.

My husband once tried to train other sales people. It didn’t work out well at all. We had only two and one of them was already trained. The other one was a college kid and he failed miserably. He actually ended up stealing about 6 grand worth of cleaner from us. We could never prove he did it and the product wasn’t insured. We never tried to train anyone else again.

It doesn’t mean that we won’t try to train someone else again. Maybe if the economy were to improve and this country got back on track again then we could consider trying to grow Bear’s business. I have discovered something about myself.  If there is ice cream in the house I will eat it.  Particularly if its one of those ice creams that claims to be made like a candy bar like that Reeses chocolate and peanut butter ice cream.  Well thats not really a  discovery.  I knew that about myself already. I also had a container of chocolate turtle Sunday ice cream too.  Thats all gone as well.

Do you know how hard it is to get Small Business Loans now. It was hard to get them before but with stricter lending practices can you imagine what it must be like to try and get them now. Even as easy as it might be to get a business loan from them obviously they don’t say anything about having good credit to do that. But maybe someday I will have good credit again. Maybe someday I will be able to apply for a loan from an easy to borrow from place like EZUnsecuredloans.com.  But then its always about someday isn’t it.  Some day we will be able to this and someday we will be able to do that.  I get so tired of someday’s.

This past Sunday, mothers day we bought steaks and barbecued ribs.  These are things we haven’t bought in some time, not because we can’t eat them but because we haven’t been able to afford them.  We splurged this time because we had a little extra money (not because we had our stimuli’s checks, we haven’t gotten them yet).  We invited some friends over and jokingly referred to the medium rare steaks cooked on our gas grill as our last meal.  After all when will we have the money to eat this good again.  its back to frozen 99 cent Tv dinners and pizza’s after this.  Unfortunately those are no longer 99 cents.  There $1.40.
