Incorrect oil could cost Firestone millions

Firestone service advisors placing incorrect oil on invoices, will cost Firestone millions of dollars on repairs. Majority up vehicles affected are Fords. Fords require 5w20, 99% of all invoices have 10w30. Sounds like Firestone is going to pay huge when customers motors give out. Claims are starting to effect there claims department. Get your name on the list for a new motor, if problems arises.

Firestone Recalls

Manufacturer recalling 6.5M Ford Explorer tires cited in fatal accidents
Recall covers sizes P235/75R15 in all the ATX, ATXII and some Wilderness AT tires that are currently in use on some of the nation's most popular SUVs. An estimated 60-to-70 percent of the recalled tires are on the Explorer and its twin Mercury Mountaineer models.

The recall is the second largest in U.S. history, trailing only a recall of 14.5 million tires by Firestone in 1978. That recall nearly put the company into bankruptcy and led to the subsequent purchase by Japan's Bridgestone Corp. in 1990. Company officials would not estimate the cost of the latest recall, but admitted it would be "substantial."

NHTSA officials stated that the agency continues to investigate the accidents that have been linked to the tire failure, and that Bridgestone has been cooperating with the agency. Costing the company over $500 million in loses and there reputation as being reliable and safe.

Firestone Complete Auto Care

Since 1926, drivers have trusted Firestone Complete Auto Care to keep their vehicles running well. As America's auto care needs have grown, unfortunately Firestone is no longer American, owned by Bridgestone which is base out of Japan. Firestone claims to be the leading provider of maintenance, repairs and tires: because they believe in offering a total auto care experience that perfectly meets consumer needs.

Firestone auto care advisors and service technicians do not take pride in understanding your vehicle from bumper to bumper and do not back up there services and repair warranties.
They are always willing to explain why you need to spend money.

This site will show you how to take advantage of Firestone and maximise your time and experience.
