Glee star Lea Michele may be the singing sensation in TV’s hottest new show but here she is as a chubby-cheeked youngster.
Michele’s baby picture was submitted to her high school yearbook by her mum and dad when she graduated in 2004.
In the picture the smiling Lea snuggles under a blanket and grips her bottle.
Michele, whose real name is Lea Michele Sarfati, graduated from New Jersey’s Tenafly High School in 2004.
The 23-year-old has rocketed to fame playing the role of Rachel Berry in Glee, for which she has received a Golden Globe nomination.
“Dear Lea, we know you don’t want this message to be serious, but seriously you are the best of our lives,” her parents wrote in the yearbook. “We are amazed with all you have accomplished so far in your life. College will be another great experience for you and as always we wish you all your heart desires. Love, Mom and Dad.”
Actor Charlie Sheen will face three charges over his Christmas Day bust-up with wife Brooke Mueller – but the couple are now allowed to contact each other.
The star was formally charged with felony menacing and two misdemeanours – third-degree assault and criminal mischief – when he appeared at a court in Aspen, Colorado, on Monday.
Sheen and Brooke were both at the court for the hearing, where the judge agreed to amend a protective order so they can make contact.
The couple reportedly hugged at the end of the hearing before leaving separately.
Sheen is still not allowed to drink alcohol, harass Brooke or possess firearms.
He allegedly threatened to kill Brooke and held a knife to her throat in the Christmas Day incident.
Brooke has recently been in a rehab centre in North Carolina after being hospitalised in LA after getting a fever following dental surgery.
Her brother Scott Mueller said that she is in “better spirits” and said the couple are “trying to work out the problems”.
Sheen’s next court appearance is scheduled for March 15.
The singer has recently spoken out about his future musical project and what he has said for certain is that it will definitely not bear the name Oasis. This is what Liam Gallagher said on the matter: “It’s not Oasis. That was a shit name anyway. I’m glad to see the back of it. There’s one that we’re digging at the moment, but we’re going to get on with the music and see how it goes. If we haven’t got a better one by then, we’ll go with the one we’re into.” Strange how Liam Gallagher dishes the name of the band that made him famous… looks like somebody has a bit of rage bottled up in there. Producer and songwriter Bryan-Michael Cox is working with Janet Jackson on her next studio album and he recently revealed that one of the other collaborators is the pop singer’s ex-boyfriend Jermaine Dupri. He also says that so far, their work together has been hot. I wouldn’t be surprised if they started things up again with their romance. Maybe those crazy kids could make it work this time. Here’s to hoping that things do go well for Janet with her personal life and her career too. I think she needs something to be happy about and get her out of the funk that she’s been in since the tragic death of her brother.
Avatar actress Zoe Saldana says she is glad there will be a sequel to the movie as she knows she still has a job.
The 31-year-old plays the role of Na’vi princess Neytiri in James Cameron’s new movie and the director has confirmed that there will be a sequel.
Saldana also starred as Uhura in the Star Trek re-make earlier this year and that has also had a sequel confirmed.
She told E! Online: “I mean, I’m just grateful that between Star Trek II and Avatar II, I’m employed.
“Jim [Cameron] has proven once again that even though he takes a decade between his projects, he promises to deliver you the most amazing adventure ever.”
Model Kate Moss has reportedly asked for a VIP smoking area when she helps launch Longchamp bags later this month.
The 36-year-old star has put her name to the French brand and will help launch them at London department store Selfridges this month.
It is claimed Moss wants a VIP smoking area for herself while at the bash.
A source said: “It’s Kate Moss – she can ask for what she likes and they’ll probably bend over and give it to her.
“Longchamp are spending a fortune on the sponsorship deal to boost the label. But it’ll look more of a promotion for brand Moss. The outside area is a big of a problem.
“Her people want couches, cushions, tables, heaters and candles to make it comfy for her to have a fag. But she’s only due to be there for an hour.
“They don’t want to pay out lots for her to mingle with selected guests, only for her to hide in her VIP room necking champers with her mates.”
Upon showing up to the set for his upcoming movie, “Twelve”, 50 Cent was met by a horde of screaming girls. However, the rapper found out, much to his dismay, that it was actually Chace Crawford the screaming girls were there for. 50 Cent related the incident: “I made a fool of myself the first day of shooting. I got to my trailer and I saw this huge crowd of girls screaming. I stopped and was kind of having a moment. Then I turned around, and Chace was behind me, and that’s who they were freaking out for. I remember thinking, ‘What kind of bull—– is this?’” Hopefully this did not affect 50 Cent’s acting prowess… after all, he has to be in tip-top shape for his first day on the new job.

Hollywood star Matt Damon has hinted that the next Bourne movie could be a prequel.
The 39-year-old actor plays the lead role of Jason Bourne in the movie trilogy and said the next one could take a different approach.
Talking at the UK premiere of new movie Invictus, he said: “There’ll probably be a prequel of some kind with another actor and another director before we do another one.
“We’re probably five years away from another one. We’ve got to get a script.”
Damon has previously said he would not return to the film series unless the director Paul Greengrass returned as well.
Comic Ricky Gervais has confirmed that his Office character David Brent will return on the US version of the show.
Gervais, 48, revealed that the character will have a clash of personalities with Steve Carell’s character Michael Scott, who is the US series’ Brent equivalent.
He told UK newspaper The Sun: “I think it would be funny for David Brent to walk into the US Office and hear them go: ‘Oh my God, there’s two of them’!
“We don’t need to know about Brent’s back story – the English Office exists in a cocoon and in the DVD. Michael Scott could just bump into Brent, who is a bloke from England.”
He added: “I don’t think we’ll take any of the other UK characters over – we’ll probably leave it with just me because it’s just too complicated.”
The guys from American Idol really do have their work cut out for them. After some minor complaints about Simon Cowell being late for work, something he most probably is not used to since he’s usually the boss, Ellen DeGeneres is now in an all out war with the Earl of Exigency and they are no longer speaking with each other. This is what a source said about the crisis: “There’s two camps on the show this season. It’s a lot more tense than previous seasons. It seems as if Ellen has decided to try to take control since Simon is on his way out and that’s created problems.” The producers of American Idol could make this work to their advantage, though. Just imagine the ratings if Simon Cowell and Ellen DeGeneres are “persuaded” to resolve their differences during a sing-off. Now that would be something everybody would want to see!
Celebrity Big Brother star Stephen Baldwin said he regrets the Miley Cyrus tattoo he had done.
The 43-year-old actor, who recently appeared in the UK reality show, told how he wished he had never had his body inked in reference to the Disney character.
Talking about his Hannah Montana tattoo, he said: “My daughters are big Hannah Montana fans and we met her at an event at the White House.
“She saw a tattoo of my wife’s name on my arm and told me I should get a Hannah Montana tattoo. I said if she gave me a guest-starring role on her show, I’d get the tattoo.”
He added: “I’ve already got 17 tattoos so another one doesn’t make a difference. I got a small one of her initials and next time I saw her, I showed her and she nearly fell off her chair.
“It’s unfortunate, I’ve lived up to my part of the bargain but she’s not yet to give me a guest-star role on her show.”
Asked if he will regret it in the future, he said: “Never mind years to come, I regret it now.”
