TNT completes integration of Speedage
Amsterdam, Bangalore - TNT, one of the world's largest express services companies, is rebranding its India-based domestic road express arm from Speedage to TNT. The name change shows the successful integration of Speedage, a company TNT acquired in September 2006, into TNT's global express network. Operating under a single brand will support TNT's strategy to become the market leader in the Indian market for domestic and international express services, using an integrated air and road network.
TNT successfully placed benchmark Eurobond of £450million
Amsterdam, TNT N.V. announces that it has successfully placed a benchmark Eurobond offering of £ 450 million due August 2018. The bonds have been priced at an issue price of 99.33 per cent and a coupon of 7.500 per cent with settlement on the 14th August 2008. The £ 450 million proceeds have been swapped into EUR 568 million with a coupon of 7.14% and a maturity of 14th August 2018.
TNT intends to issue benchmark Eurobond
Amsterdam, TNT N.V. today announced its intention to issue a benchmark Eurobond. The intended offering in the Eurobond market of a benchmark-size Sterling denominated issue with an intermediate duration is expected to take place shortly, subject to market conditions. The bonds will only be offered to institutional investors outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S under the US Securities Act of 1933, and are expected to be listed on Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext.

TNT starts the only scheduled road services between China and Southeast Asia - Asia Road Network up to 30% cheaper than air and three times faster than sea Intra-Asia road services poised to support regional trade and business growth
Amsterdam, Guangzhou, Singapore, TNT, the global express company, today announces the start of the only scheduled road services between China and five countries of Southeast Asia, using its Asia Road Network. From China, international road services to Southeast Asia will first be available from the South of the country. In a second step, TNT will link the Asia Road Network to its Chinese domestic network to offer customers seamless road connections from many parts of China to Southeast Asia.

TNT mobilises fleet to deliver aid to Nargis victims in Myanmar
Amsterdam, TNT is working with the Royal Thai Army to deliver food and drinking water to the victims of the Nargis cyclone in Myanmar. A convoy of 22 TNT trucks heading for the Thai-Myanmar border today left Bangkok around 8:00 am local time, carrying 260,000 litres of water, 12 tons of rice, 25 tons of eggs, biscuits, flashlights, fish cans, instant noodles, clothes, and flour, adding up to a total of 150 metric tons. The convoy will reach its destination in the Thai northwestern province Tak in the evening, local time. TNT will unload the trucks at the border and hand over the goods to the Army of Myanmar on the 31st of May, in the morning.
