With me still being so new to digital painting this is all I have to show for 3 hours of work on this guy.  A little pathetic, I know- I spend half of the time trying things and going back and changing them- but It is time for bed.  Have a great Thursday

A Friend suggested I check out a drawing tool called Alchemy- so I did.  I was throwing together random shapes until I saw something in them, which is what the left image is.  I then took it into photoshop and drew out this pig character (very rough) For tomorrows doodle I will continue rendering him and add some color to see what I come up with.  This is a very fun drawing practice that helps with the creative process of deciding what to draw.  Let me know if you like this sort of doodle and I will do more if the results are positive.  I am hoping the rendering and coloring look good!

I had fun with Wednesdays exercise so I tried another one for today.  This one did not turn out as cute...  the big dude in the back with the jacked up nose is quite ugly actually :) I didn't follow the rules of the practice 100% but I did for the most part.  here is the link to it if any of you would like to try it out :) --> LINK
