Missing: John T. Weisbecker
The FBI is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the recovery of John T. Weisbecker, who disappeared from his Ocean City, New Jersey home in March 2009. Investigators believe that Weisbecker did not leave on his own accord, but disappeared under suspicious circumstances. Read more...

Mom Gets 2 Years for Drowning 3 Children
An Arkansas woman who drove into a lake - after drinking and smoking marijuana at a late-night party - killing her three young sons, has been given three concurrent two-year prison terms. Amber Turley will serve about one year behind bars for the deaths of the three boys.

Serial Killer's Photos Released
After the recent conviction of serial killer Rodney James Alcala, California authorities released dozens of photographs of women and children that may have been additional victims. The photos were found in Alcala's storage locker in 1979. Do you recognize any of these people? Read more...

Court Upholds James Ford Seale's Conviction
Another federal court has upheld the 2007 conviction of reputed Ku Klux Klan member for the kidnapping of two black teenagers who were tied to weights and dropped into the Mississippi River alive. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit in New Orleans upheld the conviction of James Ford Seale on a 2-1 vote.
Seale was convicted for the abduction of Charles Eddie Moore and Henry Hezekiah Dee. He is serving three life sentences. Read more...

Phil Spector Appeals Murder Conviction
Attorneys for music producer Phil Spector have filed a complex 148-page motion appealing his 2009 murder conviction asking the appeals court to overturn the jury verdict and order a new trial. Spector was found guilty of killing actress Lana Clarkson in a second trial after the jury deadlocked in his first trial.
Spector was sentenced in May 2009 to serve a 19 years to life sentence. Read more...

Weekly Crime Poll: Should Taxpayers Pay for Anthony's Defense?
The family of Casey Anthony has raised over $300,000 to pay for her defense lawyers, but now the money is gone and the case hasn't even gone to trial. Her lawyers are requesting that taxpayers pick up the rest of the bill for her defense.

FBI Warns Public About Cloned Cars
The FBI has warned the public about the practice of car cloning - the practice of stealing the identity of a legal vehicle and putting it onto a stolen car so that it can be registered and sold. The warning came after the arrest of 17 people in the Tampa area who were major players in the car cloning enterprise.
The FBI hopes a planned national database will eliminate the car cloning practice. Read more...

Casey Anthony Wants State to Pay Legal Fees
Attorneys for a Florida woman facing murder charges for the death of her 2-year-old daughter have requested that taxpayers help pay for her mounting legal expenses. Casey Anthony's lawyers also want to exclude some of the evidence against her at trial for the death of Caylee Anthony.
A trial date has been tentatively set for May 2012 as Casey remains in jail. Read more...

Remains of Amber Dubois Found
Less than a week after a registered sex offender was arrested for the death of 18-year-old Chelsea King, the skeletal remains of a 14-year-old girl have been found in a remote section of an Indian reservation north of San Diego. Authorities have identified the remains as those of Amber Leeanne Dubois, but would not say what lead them to the location.
