Do NOT use lensnow as a reliable company for ordering contact lenses. My order did not arrive ontime so I started calling and emailing the company. I was stonewalled at every corner by peons who were not allowed to give me the number for management. It took me 6 weeks of calling an emailing before I could talk to someone who could actually access my order.
